Papo Hawk 50165

The Papo Hawk 50165 gives children a bird of prey to place at the centre of sky-high stories. It can watch over a woodland scene, circle above a countryside adventure or join a collection of birds and wild animals.

Children can move the hawk from one part of a play scene to another as they decide where it is heading and what it has spotted. These open-ended choices help turn a simple figure into a character with a purpose, encouraging imaginative storytelling rather than one fixed storyline.

Bring the world of birds into play

The figure offers a natural way to talk about hawks as birds of prey and to notice how they differ from garden birds or farmyard animals. Children can create a quiet observation scene, a rescue story or an expedition through the countryside, using the hawk as a reason to explore the wider world around it.

It is also a useful addition to animal collecting. Set it alongside other bird figures or use it to expand a habitat scene with trees, open land and other wildlife. Moving and positioning the figure supports small-world play and gives children practice in planning where each character belongs.
