Papo Pirate Octopus Mutant 39482

The Papo Pirate Octopus Mutant brings an unusual sea threat to pirate storytelling. This fantasy figure can appear beside a raft, attack a crew from the water or guard a hidden route between islands.

Children can decide whether this creature is an enemy, an uneasy ally or a mysterious figure with its own plans. That freedom gives the toy a role in many different stories. A pirate crew might try to escape it, negotiate with it or discover why it has appeared in their waters.

A sea creature with a story to tell

Use the figure to introduce surprise into small-world play. It can turn a straightforward voyage into a rescue mission or encourage children to invent a map, a secret cove and a reason for the mutant octopus to protect it. Moving the figure through each scene supports imaginative storytelling and helps children explore cause and effect in their own way.

The Pirate Octopus Mutant also adds variety to a collection of pirate figures. Its fantasy design makes it distinct from human characters and gives children another way to shape the tone of their play, from playful exploration to a dramatic sea battle.
