Schleich Battlecave Lava Hyena 42674

The Schleich Battlecave Lava Hyena gives imaginative play a fierce new character. Children can place it in a fantasy landscape as a defender, challenger or wild creature that appears when an adventure takes an unexpected turn.

Use the Lava Hyena in chase scenes, battles and rescue missions. It might guard a dangerous passage, join forces with another creature or test a hero’s courage before the story can continue. Children can invent the rules, change the characters’ loyalties and build a new adventure each time they play.

A fierce character for fantasy adventures

This figure is a natural fit for children who enjoy creature battles and collecting characters for imaginative worlds. Moving it through a play scene encourages hands-on storytelling and fine motor skills. Choosing where it goes and what it does helps children develop their own ideas about problem-solving and cause and effect.

The Lava Hyena can be played with on its own or added to a wider Schleich Battlecave collection. Other figures can become rivals, companions or unexpected visitors, making it easy to expand a story without needing a fixed script.
