Schleich Ice Lynx 70856

Schleich Ice Lynx gives children a striking animal character for adventures in a snowy world. This single figure can patrol an icy landscape, search for shelter or meet other animals on an expedition created from a child’s imagination.

Children can move the lynx through different scenes and decide whether it is tracking a path, guarding its territory or discovering somewhere new. It works just as well in a carefully arranged habitat as it does in a quick story made from cushions, books or other toys.

Explore a world of snow and survival

The Ice Lynx offers a natural starting point for talking about wild animals and the places they live. Children can notice its cat-like form, imagine how it moves and consider how an animal might behave in a cold environment. These ideas can become part of play without limiting the story to one correct outcome.

As a collectible Schleich animal figure, it can join other wildlife characters to create a larger habitat or an expedition with several different animals. Moving the figure, positioning it in a scene and retelling an adventure all support imaginative play and fine motor control.
